5:00 - 6:00 PM @ Jamail Texas Swim Center (TSC)

7:00PM @ Clark Field
Speed Workout
Thursday Run Workout (with Marathon Club)
6:30PM @ Gregory Gym
3-10 miles at 7-10 min/mile pace.
Bike Workout (with Cycling Club)
5:30PM @ Gregory Gym
Sprint de la Coursa: 30 miles with 6 sprints at medium pace.
Friday Bike Workout (with Cycling Club)
5:30PM @ Gregory Gym
Shoal Creek Shootout: 15 slow flat miles + four intense sprints.
Saturday Bike Workout (Austin TriCyclist Taco Ride)
8:15AM -- Austin Tricyclists Store
(923 Barton Springs Rd, between S 1st & Lamar)
30 or 50 hilly miles at 16-24 mi/hr
Sunday Bike Workout (John Cobb Ride)
8:15AM -- John Cobb / Jack & Adam's Bicycles
(1800 Barton Springs Rd, between Lamar & Zilker Park)
30 hilly miles at 16-18 mi/hr
