Flip has added a photo gallery program that lets us all easily share
race photos.
Check out: http://texastri.mrflip.com/gallery
The official Brightroom photos and his snapshots from the Texas State
Tri are
there, plus a couple other races. We are a photogenic bunch indeed!
Anyone can upload pictures; here's what you need to do:
- Go to http://texastri.mrflip.com/gallery/register.php
and register.
- The gallery robot will send you an email. Follow the instructions
and set a password.
- Once that's all taken care of, you are ready to upload your pictures.
Go to the gallery page and hit "new album"; choose "rename
album" to give
it a name; then choose "add photos."
- Click "Add Pictures," then select your photos. (In Windows,
the shift
key will help you select multiple files). You can instead select a
folder, in which case its entire contents will be added.
- Finally, click "Upload".
- Please resize your images to 1600x1200 or smaller, to conserve space;
and
please give your albums and images sensible names.
Here are two alternative ways to upload photos:
- The instructions at
http://texastri.mrflip.com/gallery/publish_xp_docs.php
show how to use Windows XP's "Publish to the Web" with our
gallery.
- The "Gallery Remote" program lets you upload, resize and
caption several
photos at once:
